Subject:Re: Looking for caseworker satisfaction instruments
Maybe check in with Mark Courtney? He has done a lot of work with youth aging out

Subject: Looking for caseworker satisfaction instruments
Greetings to everyone:
I am looking for a survey instrument, either qualitative or quantitative (ideally both), that asks youths with lived foster care experience (or aged-out youths or care-leavers, depending on the care context) about their experiences with their caseworkers – a bit like a satisfaction survey but a bit deeper into what they liked about their caseworker(s), what they didn’t like, how well they got along, how useful they felt the caseworker was for them, what services they provided, etc.
Any help or resources you are willing to provide is appreciated.
Many thanks.
